Yes, it does work trust. And believe, I am one of those people that will give you a real opinion on something. I used it downstairs. Let me tell you 10 minutes and the hair was gone. Don't do it 3 times in a row, though. Try to get everything evenly done all at once. Cause by the third time it started to burn but it was 3 times at 10 minutes each, so it was on there for like 30 minutes.
